Who we are
JT Fallon Growth is a brand of Attentiv LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company ("we," "us"). We provide marketing services (advertising management and website design) to home-service businesses. These terms cover your use of jtfallongrowth.com (the "Site") and our free tools and communications. Paid service engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.
Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. The Site's content (copy, design, graphics, and tools) belongs to us and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission. We work to keep the Site accurate and available but provide it "as is," without warranties of any kind.
Free tools and walkthroughs
Free resources such as the Ad-Ready Score, checklists, budget guides, and free walkthroughs are informational only. They reflect real client accounts and reasonable industry figures where cited, but past results are not a promise of future performance for your business. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee of specific results, revenue, or return on ad spend.
Text messaging (SMS) terms
By submitting your phone number on a Site form, you agree to receive calls and text messages from us about your request and our services, as described at the point of capture. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out at any time, or HELP for help (or email hello@jtfallongrowth.com). Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. You must be 18 or older and the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; see our Privacy Policy for how information is handled.
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. Opting out of one channel (email or SMS) does not automatically opt you out of the other.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attentiv LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or free resources. Our total liability related to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version; continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
